PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Focuses on the knowledge, skills, and techniques needed to meet project goals. Based on Project Management Institute’s® (PMI’s®) latest edition of PMBOK® Guide, our courses are for program or project managers, contract managers, and/or acquisition professionals. Course titles include: PMP Certification Boot Camp, Agile Fundamentals, Stakeholder Management

BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Integrates a variety of best practices, ranging from project management and systems engineering, to effectively and efficiently to deliver your product or service. Our instructors break down strategies and methods to develop new processes as well as process improvement. No matter your industry, we guide you to success. SYSTEMS ENGINEERING (SE)

Aligned with INCOSE, we focus on the lifecycle design and management of complex systems. Our courses are for engineers or those who work with systems and software engineers, preparing them to sit for/maintain certifications. INCOSE certification holders are eligible to earn PDUs. LEADERSHIP

Organizations cannot survive solely on effective management skills; our courses complement our management courses and promote a balance between management and leadership. Delivery Formats

Our instructors are subject matter experts in their field and seasoned classroom trainers. Combining lecture style facilitation with hands-on group and individual activities, we provide a balance of course content in application. Technical and soft skill courses range from half-day to five days in both cleared and commercial facilities.

Our offerings have been honed since our inception in 1997 (25 years ago!) and we are known as the “trainer of record” with many of our long-standing customers.
