Our team executed a comprehensive EV charging installation for a national automotive dealer at their corporate headquarters. This project was driven by the growing demand for electric vehicle charging options from both staff and clients. The installation included three Blink Series 7 charging stations equipped with advanced cable management systems and necessary electrical infrastructure upgrades.

Project Challenges

The key challenges included integrating new charging infrastructure into an existing facility, requiring electrical upgrades and careful coordination with the client to ensure minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

  1. Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades
    The project involved the installation of a new 120/208V 3-phase subpanel, a 480V breaker, transformer, and feeders, as well as single-phase circuits from the subpanel to the chargers.

  2. Compliance and Integration
    The project also involved cutting and patching the sidewalk to accommodate the necessary electrical conduits, ensuring seamless integration with the building’s existing infrastructure.

    The installation was completed on schedule, from the initial setup to the commissioning of the EV chargers, strictly adhering to the planned timeline.
